Very disappointing stay with poor service and no assistance when it was needed most. Positive: The view Negative: Complaint Regarding Poor Service I am very disappointed with the service provided during my stay. Could you please explain what services you actually offer? There was nobody available to assist with our luggage, no one to help us upon arrival, and there wasn’t even a luggage trolley available. I honestly don’t understand how your property has received such positive reviews, as my experience was completely different. Most importantly, why do you ask guests for their arrival and check-out times if there is no staff available to assist at those times? The purpose of providing this information is to ensure a smooth arrival and departure experience, but unfortunately, that was not the case. This level of service is unacceptable and far below what I expected. I hope you take this feedback seriously and improve your guest services to prevent other guests from having the same experience.
